Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Return Policy

In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the products we have sent. However, we will only handle cases related to delivery issues, such as defective products or incorrect items received. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests made after 7 days.

Return Procedure

If the delivered product is defective or differs from your order, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product. When contacting us regarding returns or exchanges, please provide the following information:

  • Order number, your name, and phone number used when placing the order
  • Product name, product number, details of the defect or mistake, and whether you are requesting a return or exchange
  • For refunds only: the name of your preferred financial institution, branch name, account type, account number, and the account holder’s name (in English)

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges, even for defective items, at physical stores for products purchased online. Kindly contact the online store directly.

 

Shipping Costs for Returns

For returns or exchanges due to defective products or incorrect items, we will cover the shipping costs for both the return and the reshipment.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If there is an error in the displayed price of a product, we may cancel your order after notifying you. Please understand this in advance.
