How do I clean sukusuku GL chair?

Recommended cleaning is wiping with soft cloth like cotton cloth soaked in warm water.

Can I use the sukusuku GL chair at our bar table?

sukusuku GL chair has been designed to be used with standard tabel height. i.e. between 68 - 72 cm.

Can I remove stickers attached on sukusuku GL chair?

Please do not take the stickers away. This stickers are for safety and warranty ppurpose. Besides, removing the stickers may damage the painting and / or product itself.

How much load can my new sukusuku GL withstand?

The chair seat board can withstand 80 kg maximum.

My new sukusuku chair GL seems wobbling after assembling. Any way to fix this wobble?

You can try cushion pad(s) to have your chair steady.

1. Check that the seat board and foot board are inserted into the grooves at the same height on the left and right frames.
2. Loosen all the bolts slightly and re-tighten them evenly on the right and left.
* Re-tightening the bolts evenly while lightly holding down the seat board may stop rattling.
3. Remove the padded cushion from either of the left or right frame front legs that are floating above the floor. Install spacers (thick), spacers (thin) or both and cushion pads on the frame front legs to align with the parts floating above the floor.

Yes, cushions for sukusuku GL are water repellant.

Can Safety chair belt be used with chair cushion?

Yes, they can be used together.

My new sukusuku chair GL has black spot(s). Aren't these defect(s)?

These are not defecet but knag rooted in nature of wood. Each one of the parts has different face like human.
